06.01.2022 LAND AND MAN FOR SALE! Ladies and gentleman, put the kettle on, make a brew, give ya better half a squeeze on the bum and sit down and read this! I want to tel...l you about a man, a man greater than any man you know. A man with so much class you’d swear he was a teacher. A man that should be green, because he’s freakin mint!! This man is called Bruce. And Bruce, well Bruce is just a legend. Now like all great legends of the past, Bruce had a vision. A vision that had sunshine, roaming chickens, native tree gardens, dogs running and had bulk serenity, soooo much serenity. So Bruce bought himself a five acre piece of paradise tucked away in the rural outskirts of the Whitsundays. Bruce has put blood, sweat and tears (and a few cheeky XXXX stubbies) into making this piece of paradise spectacular! One day Bruce was sitting out on his porch over looking his land while most likely scrolling through tinder (the cheeky bugger). Now ladies (fellas if you swing that way), I don’t want you to lose focus of what’s for sale here, as this is mostly about the land, but yes - Bruce is single... How I don’t know. Don’t get me wrong, I’m straighter than a block layer, but that man does things to me. Like the man smells amazing! A scent crossed between a lawyer and a cowboy or something. Anyway, back on track! Bruce thought to himself I need a neighbour. I bet he only wanted a neighbour so he could cut his grass the dawg... No no, he’s a true gentleman, although there was this one night in Airlie Beach where I was $300 into impressing this good looking brunette and the lawyer cowboy himself stole her away just by walking past her. Anyway, I’m over it now. So just like that, Bruce decided to subdivide one acre of his land. He subdivided a piece of land with a huge flat area to build a house, shed, swimming pool, granny flat, go kart track and enough lawn to run some live stock. It has natural slopes for style and serenity, soooo much serenity. Now this will really make your balls drop - all this greatness is only a short 15 minute drive to Airlie Beach!!! It really is the ultimate lifestyle block.
