The bottom tier is Red Velvet, then the Lemon Elde...rflower from the recent royal wedding, a Sponge like Nanna used to make & a fruitcake keeper-cake on top which I’ve been told has to be our new Christmas Cakes recipe . I shouldn’t brag, but the priest was seen chasing down the servers to steal a second piece of the lemon & elderflower . I’ve also been invited to be an outsource for future weddings at SoPYC, since both managers declared it better than $3,000 cakes we’ve had come in here See more
