16.01.2022 Directly from the article: "A big part of the problem concerns how we think about mental illness. Specifically, the authors point to the decades-long effort to reframe mental problems as diseases, caused by chemical imbalances in the brain to be fixed with medication. This wellintentioned effort, energized by improved technology and aimed in part at combatting stigma, was largely hijacked by drug companies, who used the chemical imbalance model to sell their wares to great profit." https://www.psychologytoday.com//202/is-psychology-broken
13.01.2022 Breakups are hard. Really hard. Especially if you didn’t do the breaking up. You’re left with questions about your own self worth. You punish yourself for your ...deficiencies. You retrace the steps of the relationship like a detective - your only mission to find out where you screwed up. You wonder if - you hope - they are in as much pain as you are. Some deep part of you fantasizes that their regret reaches a crescendo. That you get that 11pm call, begging for your return. You know, the one where you get to tell them to ‘go fuck themselves’? Or at least have the option to. Not only does this not happen, but you wake up one day to ‘the news’. Delivered to you by some gossipy friend, or just as likely, by some shameless algorithm - the news that they have found someone else. They have moved on. You have neither the satisfaction of their groveling return nor the rush of knowing someone better is already in your midst. They beat you to it. It’s like your partner in business saying they are dissolving the business you have created together, and then winning $5 million on the lottery a week later. You don’t even get the reassurance of knowing that at least they’re broke now too. Cue slipping into a sinking, woozy, heart stabbing fever dream that begins not once you fall asleep, but every morning when you wake up. And so we meet Roy. The subject of our video today. Now you know Roy’s story. What can he do to awaken from this fever dream? Let’s find out. Tag someone who needs to see this video. P.S: And if you want a free guide to accompany this video that helps you to recover, and be ready for love again, head to MatthewHussey.co/3Secrets2Love.

06.01.2022 Whilst we shouldn’t feel we constantly need to DO things to be considered ‘enough’ for our partner, we also need to be wary of taking our partner’s long-term de...sire for granted. We must maintain our sense of who we are, continue to do things that make us FEEL sexy, and allow our partner to see us as an individual they can observe - separate from themselves - even whilst in a relationship with us. This is the key to maintaining desire in a relationship. #StaySexyFriends P.S. Don’t forget to download your free guide on the reasons people pull away in dating at www.WhyHesGone.com
