21.01.2022 Ive been experimenting with different ways to use our high protein cricket powder pasta in recipes and this has to be one of my faves because it was just so easy! I used some left over veg and added it to the pasta... super easy, super yummy, high protein meal you can have hot or cold. I used the roasted garlic flavour but you could use the lemon myrtle pasta and it would be just as yummy

Here we’ve added cherry tomatoes and baby spinach. We made a pesto with lemon Myrtle from @austsuperfoods and it was so fresh and delicious the addition of the cricket protein in the pasta doesn’t add any taste or texture, but it does add sustainable protein, b12, iron, magnesium, amino acids and omega 3. 09.01.2022 We had a super cute visitor to our passion fruit tree. Its an orchard swallowtail butterfly (a female). Shes beautiful right? Well most people dont realise that by spraying your citrus trees with chemicals youre actually killing this beautiful species tiny babies! Butterflies are an important part of our ecosystems and this includes their caterpillars.
