08.01.2022 So much of our identity is tied up in a doctor's diagnosis. Diagnoses of isolated behaviours displayed at particular points in our lives. These behaviours kept us ALIVE at the time...so they were useful...but then we can forget to let those behaviours go, or we simply are not aware of them. There is so much power in awakening. Understanding. Reclaiming ourselves. The self we've always wanted to be beyond what happened to us, beyond the conditioning.
