23.01.2022 School Holidays and I have 3 little kitchen helpers and photographers! Maybe not super pretty but so so yummy. These little babies are called chokladbiskvi, it’s kind of like a macaroon biscuit filled with buttercream, then glazed with chocolate. Ps: not recommend if you’re on a diet

12.01.2022 Summers in Sweden as a child involved a lot of berry and mushroom picking in the forest. My little hands and face were always blue from all the blueberries. We would make our own jams and lots of delicious crumbles. I did a little experiment on the weekend and added homemade blueberry jam and almond past to my buns. The flavours worked really well and I thought they were super tasty

10.01.2022 4th of October is Kanelbullens Dag. In Sweden we love them so much that we created a special day for them. Around 7 million buns are sold on Kanelbullens Dag and most Swedes are believed to eat AT LEASTS one on the 4th of October. It’s also my triplets birthday So of course, every birthday morning I will get up super early just to be able to bring in freshly baked cinnamon buns for brekkie in bed. It’s their absolute favorite and I love this little tradition of ours.... If you want to join the celebration, I will be baking fresh buns on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th of October. ONLY pick up on the 4th before 10AM due to triplets birthday party.
