17.01.2022 Are you wondering just how much online search volume and activity in the sales market has changed in 12 months? Thank you to Jason Crerer from realestate.com.au for providing these stats. As you can see, across the REA platform, Tasmania is performing extremely well. (We aren't suprised!) There has been a 53.2% increase, for the year change overall from June, 2019 to June, 2020. Average views per sales listing as of June, 2020 is a whopping 1,497. The second highest state of... views! Do you need a Buyers Agent to help your views turn into a purchasing reality? 13.01.2022 So, you know we love stats right! Who else does? We loved this one. Provided specific to Tasmania. We have seen an increase of 80% for digital video inspections, likely thanks to Covid-19 and moving with the times. Great job to all of the agents out there who do this.... Even higher is 317% increase of engagement for 3d tours. We think these are absolutely incredible and really help purchasers or tenants, obtain more opportunity to "look" inside homes for sale and for rent. Perhaps this year we have all been home a touch more to view properties online, with an increase in 30% on sales views and 21% on rental property views. (Serious side note, 29.9% of views may be from us, searching for properties for our clients! Kidding.. but a lot are likely from us!)
