You don't necessarily need to be going through a divorce, buying a property, living through a pandemic or saying good-bye to a loved one for your well-being to suffer; although each of these events commonly do take a toll. Today is National RUOK Day, to help raise awareness about suicide prevention - a topic very close to my heart. Lets not be flippant with having these conversations. I challenge you that tomorrow and the day after, and the day after that, and each and every day thereafter that you are lucky enough to wake up and face another day - that you keep checking in on those around you.
