25.01.2022 Here’s a throwback Thursday . Last year we purchased this property in Brooks Bay with the most incredible views for our interstate clients moving here for a tree change . We think we are pretty lucky being asked to view some of the most beautiful properties across our state .

25.01.2022 So, you know we love stats right! Who else does? We loved this one. Provided specific to Tasmania. We have seen an increase of 80% for digital video inspections, likely thanks to Covid-19 and moving with the times. Great job to all of the agents out there who do this.... Even higher is 317% increase of engagement for 3d tours. We think these are absolutely incredible and really help purchasers or tenants, obtain more opportunity to "look" inside homes for sale and for rent. Perhaps this year we have all been home a touch more to view properties online, with an increase in 30% on sales views and 21% on rental property views. (Serious side note, 29.9% of views may be from us, searching for properties for our clients! Kidding.. but a lot are likely from us!)
