22.01.2022 Hey everyone! At this stage, all our suppliers are unable to make it to the shop due to flooding. So, tomorrow we will be open from 7am and will go until we run out of milk. Most food items will be available for tomorrow. We are not sure what the rest of the week will hold but we’ll keep you updated through our social media. Stay safe and keep an eye out for each other.

16.01.2022 Hey team. We had a great day serving coffee today and are absolutely out of full cream milk. We are not sure when we will be receiving our next delivery, but we have some skim left and plenty of alternative milks. Kristy from Empire Canteen OBPS will be hooking us up with some fresh banana bread, lime and buttermilk cake and roast pumpkin and feta Frittatas. We’ll also have our toasties available. We still need to abide by the social distancing laws, but we do have inside seating if you’re lucky to snag a seat! We’ll be open until 12pm tomorrow. We’d love to say hi and see how you’re doing. Thanks again for all the support.

13.01.2022 Keen to give this guy a go! It’s the ONA Coffee Distributor. Another tool that will help us get the most consistent and yummy coffee flowing out the door. It’s main function is to help with grind distribution. Distribution is the act of evening out the coffee grinds in the basket before tamping. This helps the water pass through all of the coffee grinds at the same speed and pressure, increasing the evenness of the extraction
