25.01.2022 Lou has bitten the bullet and booked her time off! Her last day on the tools is Wednesday 4th December. She will be returning to the tools from Tuesday 17th December to get you looking sharp for Christmas. P.s. Thanks to everyone for their support this year. It's been a crazy one, and we feel extremely lucky to be so busy and have so many amazing people drop by the shop. We have our eyes out to add a third barber sometime in the future, exciting times ahead and hopefully more spaces for people to swing on by!

Lou will be working 12-8pm Tuesdays to Thursday. 10-6pm Friday, and all day Saturday! P.s. I've been pretty generous with cut times to start with until Lou gets into the swing of the shop. 19.01.2022 It's been a week and we miss you all!!! We are continuously monitoring the situation and can't wait to open our little shop once we feel we can do so safely. In the last week public gatherings have been reduced to 2 people. And people are being asked to stay at home as much as possible. This won't be forever though, and we are already thinking of the safest way to ease into trade once things turn a corner and start heading in the right direction. We won't flood your feed with posts, social media has never really been our thing. But will attempt to keep everyone in the loop with a meme a week. Take care, and see you soon!

18.01.2022 Firstly a massive thank you to everyone for their continued support, we really are humbled by it. And apologise for being a bit of a pain to get in and see. Things are starting to get back to normal so hopefully we can catch up soon. We have added beard trims back to the menu, and over the next week or two we will again be reducing our cleaning time a little, which means more time to do what we love and cut hair! 16.01.2022 Lou has spent the week recuperating after her surgery and is back on the tools with a functional smell detector We only have very minimal spaces before Christmas which has blown our minds! But don't fear we will be back clipping on the 27th and 28th for last minute new years tidy ups, then trading as usual from the 2nd. It's been an amazing year, we hope every one has an amazing holiday season, and a fantastic start to their 2020

15.01.2022 Out of respect for the past and present members of the defence forces we are shutting our doors tomorrow. We have a few limited bookings still available for today, otherwise we will be back on the tools, and back to our regular scheduled programming Friday. Hope everyone has a great Thursday however you wish to celebrate the service and sacrifes of so many men and women.

14.01.2022 And you get a cape, and you get a cape, and you get a cape!!! In addition to spacing chairs and times, plus upping the sterilizing we cleared out the wholesaler of capes this morning. Will mean a little more washing and messing around on our part, but we are aiming to keep things as safe as we can for everyone.

13.01.2022 We have been toying with dates to take a week off and recharge our batteries after 2 amazing years. The flights have been booked and we are taking off on the 21st of July, and will be open again on the 1st of August. Bookings are already open for anyone who wants to make an early bird booking. 13.01.2022 Buzzards is limping forward again!!! After self quarantining for 2 weeks we feel as well as the day we locked ourselves away. We were worried that if we had inadvertently caught the virus we wouldn't know until it was too late, and didn't want to pass it on. We will be operating again as of this Saturday with a few changes. We will only have one barber on at a time, and will leave 30min to clean between customers. We have a fresh cape for every single person, and will change... over or sterilise everything we can between each person. Unfortunately beard trims and face shaves will have to wait a little longer to come back. We will also be masking up, try not to laugh, I'm sure we are going to look rediculous but... safety. We have also extended hours on Friday and Saturday, because, well with all the bars and restaurants shut there isn't much else to do really. 12.01.2022 We will be back soon, we've almost finished 2 weeks self quarantine and it's driving us nuts! The weak spot in our shop was ourselves, we were feeling fine, and after 2 weeks we still do. Didn't want to be sick and passing it on before we knew. We also have some hand sanitizer and masks that should be here in the next few days, in addition to this we will be having one barber in the shop at a time, and leaving 30min between everyone to either change over or sterilise everything.

10.01.2022 Merry Christmas to all! We are off to fill our bellies with as much food as humanly possible and to rest up a little after an amazing year. The shop is up and running again on the 27th and 28th for mid holiday snips, then will be back to regular scheduled programming on the 2nd January. 10.01.2022 Firstly thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the support from everyone that we have experienced today. We have spent an emotional day calling clients that had already made bookings, manning social media, and doing a few bits and bobs at the shop. We feel overwhelmed by the understanding, and well wishes we have received. Without you all we wouldn't have a business, and you are all as much a part of the shop as Lou and I. It breaks our hearts to close our doors, but it won't be forever. At the moment we just want to do our small little part to keep our community safe. 09.01.2022 If you have already made a booking they are still fine. For some reason the booking system went through a loop with all the changes and wasn't showing that we were available from the end of next week until the 30th April. All earlier available bookings had already been taken, which is pretty humbling so thank you. Just want to let everyone know that the system is back up and running properly now. So there are available bookings from Thursday next week at the moment. I've also tagged on an extra booking at the end of tomorrow to try and help someone out if they are desperate for a trim. Thank you again for all your support, it really means the world to us. Now fingers crossed back to posting extremely sporadically.

09.01.2022 PSA: If you self isolate and get shaggy we will still love you once this is all over. With everything that is going on we are making some changes as well. Any new appointments that are made from now will be longer so we have time to clean more thoroughly and don't have people waiting in the shop unnecessarily. We will also be suspending beard trims and face shaves so we aren't getting all up in each other's face. We are also going to spread out the barber chairs to allow more distancing. Finally we would like to say a big thank you to all of you for your support. It really means the world to us, and we both love coming in to work knowing that we get to spend our days hanging out with you.

06.01.2022 Well 2020 has definitely been a wild ride so far! We have decided to take a week to recharge and prepare to tackle what the end of the year may throw at us (Hopefully it's all confetti and kittens, and not murder hornets). We know a whole heap of you must be getting itchy feet at home... So when you are stretching your legs in the back yard, keep an eye out for a pesky feline on the run?

03.01.2022 The shop is 3 this week! We will have 3 people working out of the shop next week(2 at a time socially distanced)! And we are getting speedier at cleaning so will take our covid cut times down to a 3rd of an hour, it's a week for threes!!! A huge thank you to all our clients, and apologies for being hard to grab a hold of over the past few weeks. We have been truely blown away by the response we have gotten opening up again. Hopefully with more time slots opened, and with welcoming Nori to the shop the wait times for appointments won't be so bad soon.
