AKA, just chucking on any old hashtags without ANY strategy or research . If this is you, you are wasting your precious time... & GOOD THINGS TAKE TIME, so use it wisely! ... Hashtags are an amazingly powerful & FREE tool for helping you to be discovered by more people & brands. Which is what we all want, right? Because, more eyes on your content = more likes = more followers = SALES. yeehawww! Think of hashtags like the SEO for Instagram. When you use them on your posts, your content will then become categorised within those hashtags. Therefore, if people are clicking on or searching particular hashtags (e.g. #supportlocaltownsville ) you have potential to be discovered by people who are not yet following you. TA DAH!
