25.01.2022 Strawberry Hibiscus Curd Tarts. These beauties get their bright colour naturally from dried hibiscus flowers. These flowers are then removed leaving behind a beautiful rich colour and a sweet smooth strawberry curd. Topped with dark chocolate, swiss meringue droplets and freeze dried strawberry pieces.
