25.01.2022 It seems "The Godfather" has virtually sold out at Littlehampton after our post this morning.... I need everyone to remain calm. A new batch is being roasted as I type and will be back on shelves by this evening. Just to be clear - There are NO golden tickets for a tour of our factory in any of the bags - just amazing tasting coffee

22.01.2022 COFFEE EXPERIMENT (part 4) It's 9 weeks and becoming ridiculous... This gear still tastes amazing - and considering all the sample bags have been sitting out in our carport since roast date, enduring the 35 to 45 degree days we've had, my mind is officially blown! The smell in the bag has lost some of the chocolate notes, giving off more of a dried hay smell combined with chocolate - but the taste - oh the taste. Loving it! It's mouth feel hasn't degraded any further from last week and if anything, it's become a little sweeter - which I'd have thought impossible...

10.01.2022 A BRAND NEW COFFEE is now available at Klose's Littlehampton and Woodside supermarkets. It's aptly called "The Godfather" due to it being epic! It tastes like a very famous choc / hazelnut spread mixed with coffee. You'll struggle to find a more perfect pairing. Yes, I'm not kidding when I say this is brand new. Currently you can't get it anywhere else..... Stocks are already running out the door

03.01.2022 COFFEE EXPERIMENT (part 6 - FINAL) 12 weeks and the experiment is finished - this coffee isn't though - it still has legs and continues to surprise as it ages - it's the Penfolds Grange of the coffee world. This crema at 12 weeks is possibly better than I've seen once or twice using fresh beans from some other operators. Still tasting superb as ever. I suppose if nothing else, have confidence that if you buy our coffee, it'll be there, ready to satisfy you every morning and won't let you down :-)
