01.01.2022 So, Ive finally finished this commission painting. Its for my gorgeous friends who sadly had to move back to Melbourne. Their brief was they wanted a reminded of gorgeous Brisbane and all the luscious green and plant life we have here. From their house they could see palm trees that lined up in a semi circle kind of way. In the foreground flanipanis, poinciana, jacaranda and an Aussie fig tree! I took sections of all these trees and married them up creating a colourful blended mix. This is a very different style for me but one I had fun with. Hope you like it.
