24.01.2022 Some pieces help us grow. Ordinarily I am an organic creator yet with this piece I allowed myself to be led by a theme. To be honest, at first I felt a little confined, however, after a small mindset shift I was able to throw those constraints to the wind and allow my usual creative process take over letting the piece come together layer by layer. Funny thing is, it ended up being more fun than I imagined.... There are occasions in life when tasks seem to be imposed upon us rather than chosen. It’s during these times that the biggest growth can sometimes occur. When was the last time you surprised yourself with an unexpected but pleasant outcome?

22.01.2022 At the beginning and at the end of each day, and every hour in between I know that I need to be showing my children, as best as I can, all that I want them to become - not just talking at them, but being what I want them to be. So I decided to step up. I decided to keep stepping in the direction I wish to travel towards my goals so that I can show them through actions not mere words, values such as commitment, persistence, and determination. And most of all I need them to know that its ok to learn along the way ... forever at any age.

Today is WA (Western Australia) Day. We can choose to see our similarities and come together, we can appreciate one anothers heritage and culture and we can share the stories and the knowledge. Then we can connect.

This piece could just as easily organise your favourite necklaces and earrings and can be hung anywhere: in your wardrobe, near your front door, your office, or even packed in your travel bag to help stay organised on a fun weekend away. 09.01.2022 My Mum is the woman who instilled in me my deep love of creating; encouraging any and all forms of art each with its own uniqueness. I grew up crafting, exploring, creating. Every visit home to my Mas filled with swapping crafting stories and always creating new ones together. Later including the grandchildren a beautiful way to connect.

I love creating pieces that not only work for us but return some love to our mother earth too.

01.01.2022 Natures colours are in perfect harmony. And they always amaze! The gentle earthy tones found in the bark of the gum trees soothe, while the playful, bright colours of the lorikeets excite. Mother Earth sure does send out some pretty bold statements!
