08.01.2022 L I M I T I N G B E L I E F S !!! Sometimes the only thing wrong with you is the belief that there IS something wrong with you. READ THAT AGAIN ... Good news Your brain doesn't know what's reality and what's imaginary!! Take fear of the dark for example in children, when their imagination takes hold, the fear becomes magnified and they feel that imagined reality in their physical body. Everything happens on a mental level before it manifests in the physical. This is why its so important to get your mindset right. H O W BY TAKING IMPERFECT ACTION Limiting beliefs are roadblocks to living your fullest potential and truly manifesting your lifes desires. Become aware of the beliefs that are holding you back. The internal dialogue usually sounds like "I'm too, it's too late", "oh wow! i couldn't", "nah not me", "I wish I could", "if I was", "maybe when i" "yeah but they" etc.... Rate the emotional impact. Is it something you can easily overcome ? How much personal work will it take and what kind of support do you need ? Is your skewed belief running the way you do everything? Rethink. So now you know what they are. Which ones are USEFUL and which ones are TRUTHFUL??? Do your research, how do other people feel about the same things and what was their course of action to redirect their life ? There is always room in your life for thinking bigger, pushing limits, and imagining the unimaginable. Productive Habit #1: DO A BRAIN DUMP What are your thoughts and intentions for the next week. Dont overthink it. Keep to one word focus points. It doesn't have to make sense. ... Productive Habit #2 : ORGANISE THOSE THOUGHTS INTO A TO DO LIST. This is where you pick out the most important points from your brain dump and make them into a concise to-do list. Productive Habit #3 : WRITE DOWN YOUR INTENTIONS FOR THE WEEK. This one's not about tasks but about how you want to FEEL. Eg. Motivated, accomplished, relaxed. Figure out what you could do to help you feel this way and make sure that it’s on your to-do list. Productive Habit #4 : Now that you’ve written your to-do list and you’ve set your intentions for the week, it’s time to COMBINE BOTH OF THOSE INTO A MASTER SCHEDULE. Productive Habit #5 : PLAN YOUR MEALS. Trying to decide what you feel like eating in the moment can often be a slippery slope that leads to bad decisions with meal options. If you're eating for goals, make time to plan & shop & prep. Productive Habit #6 : PLAN TO FEED YOUR BRAIN. This means planning out: Books to read Articles to read Podcasts to listen to TV shows to watch Movies to watch Productive Habit #7 : GO OVER YOUR FINANCES No doubt we're all going to spend abit extra on the weekends. Take a moment to check in on your money bags (bank account/s). Make sure you're on the right track. Productive Habit #8 : C L E A N U P !! Yep, Sunday is cleaning day. Just Do It !
