The location of the hall gives us a wonderful opportunity to see the sun, in all its Glory, gradually rise for the day. The yoga practised is Hatha Yoga, suitable for all levels and abilities... Never tried it before or you would like to deepen your current practise? bYoga with Clare has a weekly session at the Kingscliff community hall every Tuesday at 8.45am. The class is suitable for beginners through to advance. We practise Hatha yoga within a vinyasa flow. Its a great opportunity to care for yourself along with connecting to members of the community and our beautiful Kingscliff foreshore.
