24.01.2022 Hi Everyone , I hope you are all safe and well . I just wanted to share a few thoughts and ideas, hopefully that can help anyone who is feeling down. I’ll begin with this Covid Apocalypse really sucks!! I miss working , helping people , being useful and needed, my friends, my clients , travelling, things like Sunday brunch or drinks with the girls, Friday nights family / friends dinners, just the freedom to do what I want. I started moping around and feeling quite down. Then... I realised I need to snap out of this! This situation is out of my control, and I will only feel worse dwelling on it. Everyone is in the same position as me, we are all in this together. So I started thinking about all the things I’ve been too busy to do during a busy 5 day week. I started writing To Do Lists and checking off each thing as I did it . This gave me a sense of routine and accomplishment. If you are finding yourself feeling bored and down, I suggest you do the same , catch up on all the important things you’ve been meaning to do but just haven’t got around to. This weekend alone I have cleaned my room and bathroom , done my study and submitted second assignment, caught up on online study from work , bought groceries, cooked meals , worked out, went for a 2hr hike with dad, spoken to loved ones on the phone , made further To Do lists and just enjoyed a bit of down time. (this may have involved enjoying a glass of Rose while watching a few episodes of RHOBH, hehe don’t judge me!) So really take this time to catch up on house work and odd jobs around the house, improve your health and fitness, study, cook healthy meals, learn a new skill/ hobby /language /craft, plan things to look forward to in the future, reach out to loved ones, get back in touch with someone, just generally enjoy some Me time . You will feel so good accomplishing some of these things, and will be ready to take on the world and succeed again once this is all over. I hope this has given you some new ideas and a positive outlook Please post some of the things on your To Do Lists below in comments Xx See more

18.01.2022 Let’s remember all of these things, and have an amazing week ahead

13.01.2022 Hi everyone , I hope you are all keeping safe & well. With the governments recent decision to shut gyms today our best option right now is fun , outdoor workouts from home . Who accepts my 500 Squat challenge today?? This consists of 5 rounds of a circuit with 5 stations , 20 repetitions each set : Station 1: 20 TRX squats (hold to finish) x5... Station 2: 20 Bosu balance squats x5 Station 3: 20 Kettlebelle suitcase squats x5 Station 4: 20 sandbag sumo squats x5 Station 5: 20 slam ball squats (hug ball at chest) x5 Cardio / warmup being laps of the yard, bosu box jumps & step ups . Core to finish at the end being 20 Ab jacks x5, & 20 Bosu sit-ups with dumbbell . With an average heart rate of 151 and max of 168 this was the perfect , high impact start to yet another day in isolation. Make sure you are keeping active during these challenging times, this will benefit you both physically and mentally . If you have not been exercising, ease into it , do not start with 500 squats , lol this is a lot! Start with a 30minute walk around your local neighbourhood, followed by a full body stretch listening to your favourite music I understand not everyone has all this equipment at home, would anyone like an alternative using just 2xs Dumb bells? X

08.01.2022 Well done to my Thursday night circuit ladies for conquering a super challenging session tonight if done in a safe , clean environment and with correct hygiene practices used , the current situation around us should not affect our daily exercises routines and healthy lifestyles. Please contact me to enquire about joining our group , with just a couple of spots left available.

07.01.2022 While we all know the importance of diet and exercise, who we surround ourselves with is another very important aspect of our lives. Surround yourself with those who make you laugh and happy, who motive and inspire you, who push and challenge you , simply who make you the best version of yourself. These positive influences will help you shine and succeed . Be cautious of and limit time with ‘energy vampires’ and those who make you an option, not a priority.

06.01.2022 Monday Motivation If you want something, work your butt off to achieve it!
