Sure did with only 20psi on our in house chassis dyno Bosch 1250cc injectors are maxed and we'll need to jump to 1650cc if Daniel wanted more power but this should be enough to run 140mph+ and 10sec passes Boost was slowly ramped in to keep the Exedy HD clutch and OEM ratio gearbox all together . 6000rpms 10psi 7000rpms 16psi 8000rpms 20psi... The beauty of having displacement is the choice of what boost pressure you want to run and the ease of respond to meet target boost due to engine size Next stop is Sydney dragway to run a number on street - drag radial - slicks *Dyno Sheet in comment section

17.01.2022 Daniel's Honda EG Civic - Stock K24a3 - GTX3576R Gen 2 0.82 A/R After a few months dealing with a smokey turbo, Daniel decided it was time to make the switch to a Garrett GTX3576R Gen 2 Turbo Charger Car was strapped back on the dyno to redialed in the the tune and boost and the results were pleasing. With a flick of a switch, Daniel has Boost setting 1 (boost by gear) on 297KW 10PSI & Boost setting 2 (boost by gear) 341KW 14PSI at the wheels (mainly in 3,4,5,6 gears). 16.01.2022 HONDA INTEGRA DC5s K20 Turbo 440HP at the wheels QLD resident, Ducca transported his car down to BYP Racing for a drive in and out Turbo performance upgrade with the goal of 300KW+ in mind He left all part selection to the team since we are quite experienced in the field of Honda forced induction after completing over a dozen of these type of setups already.... Alot of supporting mods is required to make 400hp+/300KW. Fortunately the K20Z1 engine isn't one of them and left completely stock. The stock clutch was replaced with an exedy heavy duty clutch kit and whilst the gearbox was out, a Quaife LSD was also fitted inside the gearbox Our 600hp rated fuel system was also supplied and fitted to support enough E85 fuel supply to the 1250cc injectors From experience the Garrett GTX3076R Gen 2 perfectly matches the K20 for power, response and overall powerband. FADI'S FN2 ran this same Turbo and make over 400kw @21psi of boost. This will give the customer some room to push more power if he ever wanted more power. Fitted on a PLM sidewinder manifold and boost control perfectly through a GFB 44mm wastegate (no creep at all) Intercooler piping is keep basic and small at 2.5inch and the intercooler at 60mm thick allows for the fitment of it behind the front bar factory grill. Given its a daily in QLD, AC feature was retained and also rerouted the heater lines to have warm air during the cold early morning starts KTUNER End user ECU was used since it was a direct plug and play in the DC5s Chassis. A 4 port boost solenoid control boost from wastegate and boost by gear feature. An external switch was also fitted for two boost maps, 10psi and 16psi irrespectively. The end result was more than pleasing, delivering 331KW@16psi and 280KW@10psi For all your Honda Kseries Forced induction performance upgrade, PM or email [email protected]

12.01.2022 MRA round 7 SuperTT Wakefield Park- It’s been awhile since some racing went ahead due it rained out round 4 weeks prior. Once again Emma was back out the lone Honda representing. 32 car grid made qualifying interesting. ... Jimmy back into the hot seat with current outright and class points leader for 2020 season it was yet another solid performance for both driver and car. Qualifying - 1.05.6 (one flying lap) 6th. 2nd in class. Race 1- best time 1.05.2 5th outright 2nd in class O2T. Race 2 - best time 1.05.5 5th outright 2nd in class Race 3 - best time 1.05.2 2nd outright 1st in class . Solid points haul for the championship extending the lead heading into the re run round 6 3-4th October wakefield park. Was a ding dong battle against Verne / Tim in there turbo MX5’s in all races. Emma got there in the end in race 3 claiming 2nd outright. 10.01.2022 Prettier younger version of Emma is Phil’s New a EG. It’s been in the build for over 2 years after a slight mishap with his old EG. The team was commission to finish off the odd ends and tail and have it ‘track’ ready. Thanks to @trackschool for the day Phil and Jimmy manage to put it through its paces with over 50laps logged by 1pm. Zero issues as it rolled on/off the trailer putting down 1.07’s lap time on 3year old tyres. ... Taking the concept of #emmaspec all was needed was basic tools and fuel. 05.01.2022 Tech Info - So you want to do a K24A3 swap in an EG/EK/DC2 chassis!? There is plenty information out in the web regarding conversion parts required to perform the swap. At BYP Racing, we specialize in K-swaps and offer a "base" package required to successfully perform the swap and get it running The cheapest part of the K24 swap is the engine package! People always question why a K24 swap is over $10,000 for a drive in and out package when the engine packages are around the... $2000 mark. Quite frankly there is a bunch of parts required to fit the K24 engine package to even have it ready to into the engine bay. Alot of people don't understand this part of the build For parts, we break it up into two parts, Engine package parts & K-swap conversion parts. 04.01.2022 --Josh EG K24A3 Engine Conversion-- K24A3 engine conversion with all parts supplied and fitted by the BYP Racing team Josh also opted to enhance the stock CL9 gearbox with our V2 close ratio gearset and OEM LSD... Through the use of Hasport EGK4 dual height engine mount kit, we were able to retain the OEM K-series power steering unit to keep this creature comfort The team knocked this out with a 2 days turn around time.
