25.01.2022 It's a wrap! Thank you to all our customers today. We hope you enjoy your Byrneside Farm Meat. I was so busy chewing the fat today I may have forgotten to mention a few important tips when cooking grass fed meat. ... 1. Ensure you bring your meat to room temperature before cooking. 2. Massage your meat with oil, rather then adding oil to the pan. 3. If grilling/pan frying place on med heat, wait for juices to rise - turn once, cook the second side for half the time depending on your choice of rare, med or well done. 4. Remove from heat just before you think it's ready ( it will keeping cooking when resting). 5. Always let your meat rest before serving/carving. 6. Cut across the grain. Happy cooking and dinning! I have contacted many of you this week that have waited patiently for a Byrneside Farm Meat Pack - your orders are confirmed and will be available for pick up on the 21/4. Location TBA. ... We have five Byrneside Farm Meat Packs remaining. If we have not contacted you and you would like to place an order please email [email protected] by Fri 14/4. Packs are processed by The Meat Room and are $280 each. Your pack will contain 10kg of grass fed beef, free of antibiotics. Bones for stock are also available on request at no extra charge.
