24.01.2022 On the 17 February I first contacted Telstra about our message bank. Today is the 17 March and we still have not had resolution. During this time if you have been trying to contact us and we have been on the phone, because the Messagebank is full you have not even been able to leave a message. I can not apologise enough for the inconvenience. And still I don’t have a time frame for this to be sorted. We are here, we are open for business. We can be contacted by email [email protected] Hopefully I will have some positive news in the next 24 hours. Thank you for your patience

20.01.2022 Since our return from lockdown we have been very busy, which is great. Lovely to see so many of you taking the time to have your regular clean and exams. Even in these crazy days when so much is unknown and so many things change so quickly, we have already called it for our Xmas break. Our last day of work will be 18th December and we will be reopening 11th January. So if you need anything done before Xmas, please do not leave it to the last minute. ... 13.01.2022 Oh the phones Sorry but problems have arisen and not sure if they have been resolved. Please be aware our message bank is not working correctly, and hasn’t been for a couple of days. We have had assurances from Telstra that by the end of today (Wednesday 17 February) all should be working.

07.01.2022 Thank you all for your support through 2020. We have now closed our doors until 8.00am January 11 2021. Our floors are being resealed, so nobody can enter for the next couple of weeks. 02.01.2022 Hello and Welcome Now for a post which isn’t about Covid 19. We have had quite a bit of feedback of late that people who leave messages are not being called back. Please be reassured that if we receive a message we do return all calls. Since we went over to NBN we have struggled with our phones. But if you don’t hear from us please try again. Also our emails have been below par. Especially gmail. Hopefully this has been rectified. If you haven’t received a recall in the l...ast couple of years, it’s not personal.
