04.01.2022 With the CHAOS of the December holidays and Byron itself it has proved that the services offered for Dry Cleaning has been compromised... With all good efforts to make it smoothe and efficient it seems that some clients have had to wait a little longer for their garments to be returned after cleaning... this has been avoidable, and I have been slandered publicly ... however I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused... 2019 will see a review on this and hopefully... a better implimentation of the service in general. If we cannot provide a satisfactory resolution you will be advised of this and may decide to go your own way in the future... all efforts have been made to satisfy our clients, but some things are not always possible... and again please accept our apologies for this..
