19.01.2022 Lower back pain progression for flexion intolerance or for some prehab work. Pain doesn’t always mean significant tissue damage, therefore it is important to continue moving to de-threaten that movement both physically and mentally. Osteo and exercise rehab aim to create that environment. These are a few simple ways to load the lower back and the hips to help reduce sensitivity. ... -Bridge -Bird dog -Kneeling long lever (deceptively hard, start off super light) -Kettlebell block pull Move it or lose it.

18.01.2022 The angel progression Great to integrate before overhead activity and can be used to rehab and progressively load back into overhead work, Helping to increase control and mobility. 1. Supine 2. Seated ... 3. Standing -Pull the shoulder blades together -Rotate the arms towards the ground/wall -Push the lower back arch into the ground/wall -Maintain that scapula control as you now press overhead sliding your arms along the floor/wall. 4. Face down angel -Elbows roughly shoulder level -push elbow into the ground and hands towards the sky. External rotation -keep that external rotation and now pull shoulder blades together -move through the overhead range keeping that scapula control.

08.01.2022 Movement modification! Rather than being told to rest and stop training/moving you should be given option to work around pain. Such a simple and easy tool that will empower you while keeping pain out of the drivers seat and you doing the things you love.... You are not broken, you are not weak. We just need to find another path to get the job done. In some cases it might not be possible but it should be the first line of defense along with some Osteo and exercise rehab.
