24.01.2022 This is the parsley haul for today! Making pesto again. I have given the parsley a really big cut back, it will bounce back super-fast. Although our little pixie will not be resting in the parsley for a couple of weeks. So enjoying these beautiful warm winter days and the way our greens are absolutely pumping. We have so much Rocket....working on a rocket pesto also.

04.01.2022 We hadn't seen much of the mother duck for weeks....then to our delight she comes waddling up the creek bank with these 3 little darlings in tow! The whole flock stayed in the pen for a few days before the drake and 5 daughters migrated back to the creek, swimming and flapping their wings happily as they hit the water.
