24.01.2022 Beautiful views, peace & quiet on my walk this morning in Central Victoria. Things will live, and things will die. Living the rural life teaches you a lot about death, it also teaches you to appreciate the beauty of life. It's the circle of life. Just trying to make every day count, & loving exploring Central Victoria's great backyard. ... www.byronsvale.com.au

17.01.2022 My "new old" chair back from having its seat repaired. Just in time for end of ISO. Probably too many chairs soon, not enough bottoms! Thanks @louise.conron . You are allowed to sit in our chair any time! But only you .

13.01.2022 Repairing holes in our second hand vine netting. Trying to minimise our costs during these difficult times. Very happy with the quality...super clean and only minimal holes. Only 1.2 kms to go! Thanks to our legendary winemaker/consultant Lindsay Ross for the lead on nets! Bird netting is used to keep pesky birds from destroying our grape crop. They seem to know exactly when the grapes are at their best and if we didn't use netting, our grapes that we have nutured all seas...on would be gone in just a few days. We have not damaged or lost a bird in the four years we have been at Byronsvale. Thinking this is a humane way to manage the situation! We love the many & varied bird speices that call Byronsvale homel A win win for all to live in harmony! Buy our handcrafted premium wine on line and to book best price accommodation go to our web site. Great packages to buy now and save to stay later! www.byronsvale.com.au #birds #harmony #cropping #grapes #vines #vineyard #sustainablefarming #regenerative #countrystlye #womeninag #womeninwine #accommodatipn #australianwine #bestwines #planyourescape #byronsvalebendigo

06.01.2022 Wow, a quick trip to The Grampians from Byronsvale Bendigo (2.5 hrs) absolutely stunning part of the world. Very tired now! I was told the 10 km circuit would take 5 hrs, thought I could do it faster......Due to steepness & difficulty (rated very hard) it took 5 hrs to walk/climb to The Pinnacle & back down to car park in Halls Gap . Hope I can use these legs again tomorrow! Spring flowers, pretty time to visit. www.byronsvale.com.au
