24.01.2022 LegalCircle is a recent project by Byteserve. http://legalcircle.com.au/ It is effectively 'Compare the Meerkats' for legal services. You answer a series of questions about the required service before being presented with a list of lawyers and their quotes. Quote lists may be sorted by dollar value or proximity (uses geolocation). You choose a lawyer and request that they contact you. This is the public face of the system. ... It also has a 'lawyer' interface. Lawyers are invited to join, but may request an invite. They are vetted before being accepted on the system, but once accepted, can provide pricing for a number of services. These services and pricing informs the lists that are presented to the end user. There is also a comprehensive administration interface used to invite lawyers, approve applications, maintain the products list and monitor searches and requests. The site is currently in real world beta testing at present.

10.01.2022 Project Playgrounds http://projectplaygrounds.com.au/ Project Playgrounds was an interesting project from a few years back. I was performing some upgrades and enhancements today so was reminded of it.... We were handed a fairly huge number of static files apparently gleaned from an old content management system and were requested to reverse engineer it into our iUpdate CMS and incorporate responsive design (make it work with mobiles). It was a fairly large job and took some time but we managed it. Project Playgrounds print/paint the designs in schoolyards which are fun educational games designed to keep children's bodies and minds active.

02.01.2022 An Intelligent Life https://anintelligentlife.com/ An Intelligent Life is a highly practical instruction book to help you make your life happier.... The site was initially designed last decade and has served quite well, but with the advent of mobile devices, started to show it's weaknesses. The brief was to take a much-loved design and incorporate responsiveness, so it formats well on tablets and mobile devices. Some elements are shrunk, others, such as text, enlarged. And the menu, which takes up a large amount of screen real estate is collapsed into a 'hamburger' menu, ubiquitous on mobile design. We also incorporated SSL security and as the blog had become quite long, made it so it could load individual entries.
