18.01.2022 Byte-Wise IT Solutions is proud to have been involved in a number of local projects recently. One of these projects was the new Office fit-out for Richards Rewald Lawyers. Cleo Rewald has been one of our valued customers for many years utilising Byte-Wise for her initial office setup with leasing of photocopiers and the install of phone systems, as well as utilising our technicians for any IT issues that arose. Working alongside local tradies in the construction of her new o...ffice, our technicians ran all new data cabling, installed a new video surveillance system and phone system, as well as equipment for Wi-Fi distribution from office to home. The end result is one very functional, modern office, complete with remote viewing of cameras for added peace of mind. Being able to call on a local company for any issues across the broad range of IT hardware makes things that little bit easier when problems occur! Here’s what Cleo has to say, It was important for me to utilise local business’ and trades in the Construction of my new office. Owen and the team went above and beyond to provide the services necessary to run my business is the most efficient and effective manner. It was simply a matter of saying what it was that I wanted and they made it happen. They were fabulous in co-ordinating the work to fit in with other trades during the build and the support following the installation of the new setup and phone system has made the transition much easier. Having the system streamed to home has made balancing work and family commitments much easier as a working mum to three children. The suggestion to stream to home allows me the freedom to continue working from home without the inconvenience of having to return to the office afterhours.
