From what started as a few bees observed near an external weep hole, has uncovered a fully functioning established Bee hive with a Colony of 15,000+! Thanks to the passionate Adam from Blairs and bees he spent the afternoon carefully extracting and rehoming this hive to ensure the Bees are safe and continue to work their Magic in the environmental space. I must say, we’re more educated on these little marvels from the experience #savethebees

02.01.2022 The impact of the Coronavirus pandemic is causing a lot of concern around the world and will no doubt leave you wondering what the impact might be on all our clients property transactions. While we are all facing difficult times ahead in the coming weeks and months, the health and wellbeing of everyone involved in the process remains our paramount concern. Trust, that we have robust and sophisticated I.T systems in place and a great support team ready to meet the upcoming ch...allenges. Where we can, we will work hard on minimising the impact to clients and endeavour to ensure that they receive the same level of expertise and responsiveness that they and all our referring partners have come to expect from us. Wherever possible we will continue, as always, to conduct all settlements electronically through Pexa. This will further reduce the need for face to face contact through the settlement process to ensure settlements occur on time and with minimal impact. For now, please be reminded we are a fully online firm with a geographically dispersed support team and that there should be no delays from our end, particularly if the matter settles via PEXA or we act for both sides. Matters and contracts will settle as normal, barring any lawful direction from any Australian government agency. In such an event all parties are governed by the standard conditions of the contract We wish you all the best of luck and the best of health in these most unusual times as you manage the health of your people, your families and yourselves & please reach out to us if we can assist during this time.
