21.01.2022 Hello all just an update. Ive been trying to work hard to create an online program for you all but have been fighting some bad wisdom teeth and blood poisoning. And as the virus continues I cannot get the surgery to have them removed currently. As soon as I am able I'm thinking of starting zoom classes.

19.01.2022 So for the begonia parade. Arival is between 9am and 9.45am I may be there a little earlier and will post o n the day. The mayor will be judging who his awards go to. We will work out how we shall stand and so on the day while we wait for the parade to start.... At the corner Carlton street and wendoree parade the road will be closed. You must come form the Hamilton st side and drive out Carlton st. They may be opening the area near the war memorial for parks but not sure of the entrance. There will be plenty of people to ask.

18.01.2022 This is the introduction written by Johannes Liechtenauer a early German fighting master. Liechtenauer's teachings are preserved in a long poem of rhyming couplets called the Zettel ("Recital") I have found the poem to be a very interesting way of studying historical combat and as my experience has grown so has the understanding i get from his words. Young knight, learn... to love god and revere women; thus your honor will grow. Practice knighthood and learn the Art that dignifies you, and brings you honor in wars. Be a good grappler in wrestling; lance, spear, sword, and messer handle manfully, and foil them in your opponent's hands. Strike in and hasten forth; rush to, let it hit, or go by. Thus those with wisdom, the ones who are revered, will envy him. This you should grasp: All arts have length and measure. Take these words and make them apart of yourself to become a true Knight in the modern world.

09.01.2022 Hey everybody hope you are doing well. I have been working really hard on getting us all back into fighting properly asap. Within the next 2 weeks i will be announcing classes. of reduced numbers go over many combat styles. I have been going through all the manuscripts and yes i mean all. One by one of every page even horse combat to learn the true context of all medieval combat. I would also like to announce that by the sword Ballarat will be starting some personal training session in small groups or one on one stay tuned for more information.
