23.01.2022 Last week I had the pleasure of having 3 young children enter my class. They were between the ages of 6-11 i’d guess. I was curious to see how they went (as thinking an hour and a half of quiet, floor based slow movement would bore them out of their brains!!!) To my delight, they were actually very into what was going on and even requested specific placement of sandbags (which always makes me happy). It reaffirmed how important this work is, and how it really is for everyone. I loved witnessing the connection of parent and child in this loving environment. Anyway just wanted to share
