25.01.2022 THE MARS MOVEMENT MOVE YOUR BODY AND YOUR MINDSET!!! Hey beautiful people!... I'm so excited to share with you my new outdoor group fitness program -The Mars Movement, that will be starting on Monday 26th October. It consists of early morning sessions twice a week (Monday & Friday) for 8 weeks at the Maiden Gully Recreation Reserve Oval. It is designed to improve your functional strength and endurance for everyday life. But this won't be just boring workouts, I'll be mixing things up with games, activities and challenges. I'll also be focusing on a different mindset topic each week too. I will be gradually building up the volume/difficulty of work over a period of a weeks and l can modify any exercise to suit your ability and needs. Details are all in the attached flyer. I have plans in place to meet COVID requirements so unfortunately l only have a limited number of spots. So, if you want to kick start your wellbeing, shed some of your 'Covid Coat' and have fun doing it, this is a great place to start.
