24.01.2022 Seriously, I have the best friends and community! Something wonderful happened to my little business today. Youll know more next week but Ive been working on it for a while. I got home to a bottle @risingstarwines and a hand made card congratulating me from very close friends. Thank you everyone for always having my back, for pushing me forward, picking me up and urging me on. For your positivity and endless patience. For your laughter and shenanigans. For making me feel included and loved. For everyone who carries me along this journey so that my feet barely touch the ground. (Especially with my moon boot on !!) Im so proud of my team and for being exactly where Im supposed to be. This is just the beginning.

24.01.2022 C Si Bon kitchen is on the move today. After 2.5 years attached to Clancys Fish Pub we are moving to a bigger kitchen in Subiaco! Details to come as we settle into our new nest. I just want to thank @clancyscanningbridge for welcoming us, always having my back, their generosity of spirit and fun times. Always there to lend a hand or listen to my ideas and offering suggestions too. Community is what makes businesses thrive and they have an incredible ethos. We will be back for beers and banter. In the meantime, my growing team are simply brilliant and I couldnt do it without them. Add a few more in the picture and Ill need a longer arm! 6 months ago there was only 3 of us, now look! 24.01.2022 My big news is that Ive got full ranging of C Si Bon products through Farmer Jacks WA. Subiaco Farmer Jacks are the first store to jump on board and this morning I helped them stack product onto shelves ready for the weekend. C Si Bon is now located by the checkouts in a display freezer, very hard to miss. Thank you @farmerjacksperth for supporting local. Now you can be weekend ready thanks to Farmer Jacks. Gwelup is coming on board next week. If you would like it stocked at your Farmer Jacks you can request it through the store manager and let me know! 22.01.2022 C Si Bon Mauritian Rougaille is made using Harvey Pork sausages and slow cooked in garlic, onions, tomatoes and thyme. Simply serve with rice and dinner is served. These are also gluten free and of course dont contain any additives or preservatives. Proudly West Australian and delicious.

11.01.2022 Tonights the night for C Si Bon Boeuf Bourguignon, C Si Bon mashed potato (back in stock), and some roasted baby carrots. Cottesloe open 10-2pm and Applecross open until 4pm today. Simply throw Boeuf and Carrots into a hot oven, place mash into a pot and stir through some butter and milk. Dinner done. Delicious, healthy, convenient and no fuss. 02.01.2022 This is Autumn to me. Long shadows, short days, slow cooking, red wine and C Si Bon Coq au Vin! I absolutely love this delish dish. Made using brandy, bacon, red wine, thyme, bay leaves, pearl onions, mushrooms, local chicken thighs, tomato paste and a few other bits and pieces. This is heaven on a plate. Goes really well with potato gratin, mash, peas, beans, broccoli, brown rice, cauliflower gratin.....the possibilities are endless. No chopping, stewing, waiting - just stuff your face with quality goodness!
