14.01.2022 What a year 2020 has been! Massive thank you to all of YOU for your continued support this year. We’ve all just had to keep on smiling and get through it all together ... I’ve learnt so much this year and come so far within my business and myself! I can’t wait to see what 2021 has in store for us all! And yes..... I may smile and have a good ol’ laugh when putting you guys through the sweat and pain but I also do the same when the shoe is on the other foot. (See 2nd photo) Exercise is not just for your physical health, it’s also for your mental health! I exercise to socialise, switch my brain off, work up a good sweat and smash goals! Why do you exercise? Here’s to a safe, happy and healthy 2021. With so much success and many achievements to celebrate together.

Somewhere I can go, switch my brain off and work hard with some ripper people! @f45_training_horsham has definitely been my self care the last 3 weeks. I absolutely love helping all my amazing clients with their health and fitness but it’s nice to have someone else push me to my limits!

01.01.2022 TRUST THE PROCESS! Over the last 18months I’ve been putting myself first and trying to focus on my own health and fitness and oh my gosh after reflecting back here are a few things I wanted to share. My main aim was to focus on being happy, reduce my stress and enjoy life. ... In summary here are the main things I did.. obviously there’s more to each dot point around what I did/how I did it and that I could drill down into but here’s an overview of the basics -> Focusing on my mental health and building such a strong mindset towards life and all it throws at me. -> Reducing my stress. -> Eating nutrient dense foods that fuel my body. But still enjoying all the foods I love. (It’s called balance) -> Increasing my water intake. -> Focused on sleep and made sure I rested when my body needed it. -> Exercised most days, even if it was just a short walk to get my body moving. -> Had fun and socialised with positive people. -> Reduced my time around negative people. -> Started meditating and journaling. And guess what? In the process of focusing on a few small things and building daily habits I happened to lose 12kgs, become stronger than ever and increased my over all happiness in life! How amazing is that!?!!? you just need to TRUST THE PROCESS AND NEVER GIVE UP!
