We have received further clarification from REIWA regarding how we can operate during the current 5 day lockdown (please note, this advice can change at anytime). The latest advice we have received means we can return to normal business next week, but with just a few conditions in place;... Our staff will be required to wear Face masks in and outside of the office Any clients coming into the office need to be wearing a face mask also Our leasing department can start back up with viewings this week while following the capped numbers and the 4 m2 rule SafeWA QR code to be used we will have these clearly displayed for all clients Routine Inspections can be carried out; our staff will be wearing the required face masks, and use hand sanitiser between appointments. If you are home, possibly just pop outside while staff member walking through to do Routine, if you aren’t home, we will come through as normal and leave pink slip on your bench. Tenants vacating and New Tenants moving can take place like normal this week.
