23.01.2022 We are approaching the end of our first year in Chinchilla. 6.3 Million Containers have been refunded which has put over $1 Million back into the pockets of locals through refunds, employment, service provision or sponsorships. We would like to thank everyone that helped us in the early stages, LCR, ProCrew. BEST employment and Surat Basin Real-estate. To be honest we would not be here without your help. As we grew, we became much more independent and have got to the stag...e where we have been able to support some major events in our town Chinchilla Bowls Club Chinchilla Lions Club as sponsor of the Christmas Light Show Chinchilla Race Club as sponsor of the Entertainment Chinchilla Horticultural Society on top of this we have supplied bins to community groups and schools to be able to collect their containers and improve their own fundraising efforts. QGC/Spotless with the help of our bins and logistics have donated to the Dalby High School and the Wandoan Primary school to provide a greater quality of education. Base Camp Chinchilla has donated their containers to Chinchilla Suns AFL, Chinchilla Scouts and Brigalow State School. And now as a bonus to the Chinchilla community we have been able to bring in a second refund terminal to speed up the refund process for both onsite refunds and through our bagdrop system. Looking forward into the next year we would like to be able to increase our sponsorships in our area, employ even more staff and continually improve the service that is provided by locals for locals.
