19.01.2022 Release 4.852 contains the following; *Newly added "is c9 up-to-date" widget would not trigger a refresh when you closed and reopened c9. This resulted in a possibly misleading/confusing status when you reopen c9. Tweaked to force a recheck on opening c9 again. *Spares Profit Report. Discount component was incorrectly being added, not subtracted for refunds in report output. This is now fixed.... *Memory leak issue. Looking at Fiche diagrams in c9 would slowly eat memory until c9 runs out and complains. This is now fixed. 03.01.2022 There have been 2 updates this week. So, make sure your c9 is running v4.854 and read about the changes below.. *Profit Summary Report. New option to filter/group report by clerk key/staff member *Permanently delete NLA parts. There is a new button to kill any master file part which is NLA merch and unused in your c9 (never sold, never ordered etc) Read how to to do this in link 4.853 below... *In Unit Purchase screen there will now be a "lockbox" to highlight what pricing field is currently fixed *Bug fix related to adding Financial Liability/Encumbrance to a unit. Circumstances would cause it to "blow up" and not get correct payout figure. This is now fixed *Bug fix related to Spares Invoices. Under some setups (mostly with tender option disabled), the system would incorrectly report an amount is still to be tendered if customer deposit is eaten. This is now fixed *Bug fix. Under some exotic circumstances looking at a printed out bank rec on one terminal would stop all other terminals from recording new sales/transactions etc until the rec was dropped off the screen. This is now fixed *V5 Prelude work: v4.854 of c9 includes some low level changes to to how biz transactions, payment methods, general ledger postings etc are wrangled in the programming code. These changes are entirely non-functional. It is mostly groundwork changes to prepare for switching in V5 backoffice/general ledger components. There may be similar modifications like this over next few versions of c9 as Barney prepares to truck in the V5 based General Ledger.
