19.01.2022 We are happy to announce that all sports are up and running again as of TODAY! Because of the restrictions in place we have implemented the requirement of wearing a facemask while you are at CISC. This applies to staff, spectators, players and children 12 and over. ... We recommend that you wear a mask at all times BUT if wearing a mask creates a risk to a person’s health and safety during their game they should remove the mask immediately. 16.01.2022 We have been given more clarity in regards to how the important changes will be affecting Caboolture Indoor Sports Centre. CISC strictly adheres to a Covid- Safety Plan and will continue to do so for as long as necessary to ensure the health and safety of all members of the community. The centre will continue to adapt and implement changes in compliance with the new rules and restrictions as they become available. As of today it is a requirement that all players and spect...ators arriving at CISC sign in via the QR Code at the main entry. Once you have signed in please show your device screen to the staff member present. Hand sanitiser is provided so please use it as well as washing your hands regularly. Maintaining a safe social distance from other spectators and players is of the utmost importance so please do your best to do so. We understand that wearing a mask during your games would be incredibly difficult as well as a potential health and safety hazard so we are not enforcing masks to be worn during games. We ask that you wear a mask before your game and immediately put it back on after your game as well as when coming off the courts for a break/sub. If you would prefer to wear a mask during your game you are of course welcome to do so. Exemptions from wearing masks include: - children under 12 years of age - if you are eating or drinking - if it creates a risk to your health and safety - if you have a medical condition or disability preventing you form safely doing so If you are unsure of any of the above information or have any questions please contact our staff who will be more than happy to discuss these changes with you.

15.01.2022 You can’t stop at just one! Here we were in our first mixed netball competition A couple of rugby mates our wives and a few friends... As blokes we had no idea what we were doing We kept getting penalised for contact But we slowly got the hang of it but that didn’t stop us from coming last (by a long way) it was a tough year to shine on the netball court But we didn’t mind, We were having fun (except when we were being penalised) and we were getting fit again The first time we had played sport in a long time Even though we had never won a game We came back for the next season You know what they say You can’t stop at just one! The next year we clicked As a team but as a group We and so much fun and we won games, actually all of our games and we took home the trophy We certainly didn’t expect to From last to first in 2 seasons for us it was about the fun and the fitness with family and friends But gee it felt good! 13.01.2022 Because the health and safety of our players, spectators and staff are our highest priority, CISC will be closed today, Monday January 11th and all fixtures will be postponed. We are in contact with various bodies including QLD Health to make sure we make the right decisions for you. At the moment we are awaiting more information before our sports can proceed but be assured we will update you as soon as the information becomes available to us. Grades played are 10s, 12s, 14s and 16s. Its a great chance to come and play a weekend of cricket fun! This event is played over the school holidays - Fri 25th, Sat 26th & Sun 27th September. The kids will play roughly 7/8 games over the weekend against teams from all over Queensland. This event is also the official development pathway for junior indoor cricket and squads are chosen for the 2021 Development Camp - where Qld teams are selected for the 2021 Junior Cricket Nationals!
