25.01.2022 What happens when your daughter needs a Saturday job!

25.01.2022 The shoulder is a fascinating joint with incredible flexibility. So why do shoulders dislocate, and what should you do if it happens?

23.01.2022 The power and beauty of music and movement! You are never too old, too frail or too disabled to benefit from either.

23.01.2022 For those who had the privilege to know Colleen Luciow, my lifetime friend and receptionist at Caboolture Physical Therapy Centre for the first 20 years, I am posting a tribute to her today. She passed away on Monday at Caboolture Hospital. She helped establish the practice, was a wonderful support to me, and a caring friend to so many of our patients and staff. We all found comfort in her deep voice on the phone, her way of making everything work, and from knowing she really cared about each one of us. Thanks Colleen ... Kaye

23.01.2022 I believe that many of you will likely agree.

23.01.2022 Animation to celebrate World Physical Therapy Day 2018

22.01.2022 The blades arent supposed to flip out like that. Thank you to Kaye from Caboolture Physical Therapy Centre for donating her time and vast expertise to help ...keep me burpeeing for meals. Thanks again Kaye, its obvious that you know your craft. I am now finally aware of this, and it really explains much about longtime pain and inflexibility. Now to focus on correcting and rebalancing the upper torso. Burpees tomorrow so some extra mental work required during each of the 500 pushups coming.

So much gratitude today for all the people with whom I share this milestone, my colleagues, with special... mention to my first receptionist for the first 20 years Colleen, to whom Im eternally indebted, to beautiful Holly who made the 30th cake, Steve (my long term Physio colleague) and all the staff over the years, my business associates, my friends and family who have helped and put up with me along the way, mentors and collaborators in the medical and academic community, and especially to the patients who put their trust in me.
