25.01.2022 End of term 4 for the kids and all the kids did a great job with the end of term demonstrations for their parents. Here were all our top achievers who performed well with all the situational challenges throughout the term each week. The coaching team are proud of you all. 12.01.2022 Our women's jiu jitsu instructor @tp_cka organised a special women's fun day of games and activities all with prizes and awards. Twas a fun day. Good to see the number of ladies growing and showing martial arts is for everybody.

11.01.2022 Full timetable starting July 1st 2020 on our 7th anniversary. Glad to be back. Kids classes resume for Term 3 on July 20th.
