23.01.2022 CAB held its Annual General Meeting yesterday. Have a look at what we've been up to over the past year. Even with all that COVID threw at us, with strong leadership, committed staff and amazing volunteers we have achieved great things https://www.cabwa.com.au//CAB_Annual_Report_2019-2020_low-

17.01.2022 Thank you Kylie (The Lolly Box) for this gorgeous Christmas box
16.01.2022 Thanks to a Lotterywest grant CAB Perth finally has a new photocopier. Goodbye old one. We have always hated you but oddly will miss you breaking down every second day, you deliberately blobbing toner on important legal documents and squeaking so loudly that we thought we had a rat infestation. ... CAB ’s Lotterywest Ps and if you see a second hand photocopier on Gumtree that looks like the one below- do not buy it - it’s evil
14.01.2022 Good morning from CAB! What were the odds of that. Volunteer Coordinator Elena and Solicitor Stacey are matching from head to toe
14.01.2022 1 in 5 Australians are affected by mental illness annually, yet many don’t seek help because of stigma. During the COVID-19 pandemic, prioritising mental health... and wellbeing has been more important than ever. This World Mental Health Day October 10 the message is simple: Look after your mental health, Australia. What are some strategies you use to look after your wellness? Visit www.1010.org.au for more information.

08.01.2022 Did you know that if you receive a gift card you have three years to use it? Under Consumer Law introduced last year the business owner can’t make it any shorter. Don’t let them try and tell you otherwise!! You’re welcome ... https://consumerlaw.gov.au/new-gift-card-laws
08.01.2022 Fantastic news, this has now passed the upper house. It means that soon it will be prohibited to wheel clamp or immobilise vehicles as a means of private parking management. You can still have your car towed if parking in a clear way for example but you will no longer be at the mercy of less professional clampers and towing companies on private property such as a car park.
07.01.2022 We are still working on fixing our phones, you can contact your nearest branch https://www.cabwa.com.au/about-us/branches or email [email protected]
