22.01.2022 Our new tropical flavour chocolate has been inspired by Taiwan’s favourite dessert the Pineapple Cake. It’s filled with a creamy coconut and pineapple ganache seasoned with a pinch of salt .

22.01.2022 Say hello to our new chocolate flavour: Black Forest . It’s filled with rich cherry and dark chocolate ganache with a touch of Kirsch cherry liquor. It’s available in our chocolate selector and our assorted 16 & 25 piece boxes.

21.01.2022 We have collaborated with Melbourne’s new event space @centrepiecemelbourne to celebrate their upcoming opening in the heart of the Melbourne & Olympic Parks sporting centre. @timclark5 and the CACAO team created a unique chocolate dessert to celebrate the amazing produce our beautiful state has to offer. Inside the chocolate orb hides a delicate egg with a lemon meringue pie centre representing the birth of this amazing new venue. This dessert is inspired by @centrepiecemelbourne paddock to plate philosophy and combines dairy from Warrnambool, backyard from Surrey Hills, nuts from Central Victoria, berries from the Mornington Peninsula, lemons from the Yarra Valley, free range eggs from Gippsland and native wattle seed harvested in Victoria.
