There is a truly beautiful way that you can unite the plant wisdom and medicine of garden herbs with ceremonial cacao to make a gentle tonic for your body and soul... Here’s the method I have just sta...rted using thanks to these gorgeously aromatic peppy leaves from my dear friend @build_with_love.... METHOD Infuse chosen fave herbs in a tea pot with hot water In a seperate bowl or wide mouthed tea cup pour 1/2-1 tbspn of your fave ceremonial cacao elixir Once tea has infused into the water in the teapot, slowly pour and strain a small amount of your tea into the bottom of the bowl or cup with cacao in it Whisk the cacao/ tea infusion with a tea whisk or egg whisk to make a smooth paste until all cacao lumps have dissolved once paste has formed, top up your cup or bowl with the rest of your hot tea and gently stir allow the aroma of each plant being to dance in the air particles around you and breathe them into your own body and being drink and enjoy
