21.01.2022 On 1st February 2016, a quiet and nervous 22 year old took on a huge challenge of owning her own business. I can not believe I have honestly come this far! Though the ups and the down I have had some incredible support. I wouldnt be here today without my beautiful family, in particularly my mum, dad, sister and fianc Josh for believing in me and being there every step of the way. 07.01.2022 As a lot of you know I love being fit and eating healthy. I'd like to share with you "Kirstie's protein breakfast smoothie". You can definitely add or take out ingredients to make it your own 1 cup of milk of your choice 2 ice cubes 1/2 cup berries (frozen if you like smoothie thicker. I used fresh strawberries and blueberries)... 2 tbsp greek yogurt 1 scoop Happy Way coffee protein powder (or any protein you like) 1 cup oats Small handful of spinach Blend in processor until smooth. Top with coconut flakes and chia seeds Enjoy!
