16.01.2022 I'd love to have done a few more units for this patient. But softly softly will be the way. Would love to hear how you you deal with these cases in your clinic.

15.01.2022 Another successful course! Participants from all over the country so enthusiastic and ready to learn. We are always honoured to be part of the journey with you. Thanks to those who helped to bring the production to life, our generous sponsors: Eve, Diashine, Zumax, Dentsply Sirona, GC and Ivoclar for all the products and equipment you provide for our courses. This event was the last with our dear friend Sahil for some time as he is going to focus on his family and is taking a... hiatus from dentistry for a time. Thankyou for all you have done for dentistry and for your friendship. We hope you find peace wherever your journey takes you next. Despite needing a better bandwidth for streaming online (always something to improve) We were really pleased at the teaching possible from the live case; backed up by step by step practical demonstrations and lectures before we started the practical. It seemed like there was a very high general confidence in the room with people feeling ready to tackle their cases the next working day!

13.01.2022 Making a screw retained implant crown off a custom CADCAM ti-abutment. Enjoy!

12.01.2022 I hope you like my case; please join our group CAD ARTISANS for more exclusive live cases - https://www.facebook.com/groups/1656429237908133/

12.01.2022 We've all faced a heavily restored broken tooth before. These deep subgingival margins make me tremor. Without the Waterlase iPlus I would try thermacut burrs for this case, yet in my hands I worry about damaging teeth! Here my aim was to manage the soft tissue so that I could deliver her the CEREC crown same visit. Pasquale Venuti did I invade the BW enough? ;)

09.01.2022 Hey all. We have started a facebook group for sharing digital cases and collaborating in an environment which encourages ideas and learning. We believe there are incredible opportunities available in dentistry for digitally aware clinicians and hope that this group can be part of your future. This group will be a repository for our live video content and various other exclusive content for members.... Disagreement is not a bad thing, we want to encourage a diversity of opinions! However dishonor, egotistical and unprofessional conduct is something admins will not tolerate. Looking forward to meeting you there.

05.01.2022 Black Friday sales are amazing! Check out our friends at SDP they are giving 2 years membership for the price of one. It's a great deal for anyone looking to easily plan their larger cases digitally. https://www.smiledesignerpro.com/blackfriday We receive no benefit for sharing this link with you all - check it out, and let us know if you find the software useful!

05.01.2022 To drill or not to drill. There are a lot of cracks and caries throughout this molar tooth, so i philosophized in my own mind about how best to treat & then discussed the findings with the patient. We agreed to remove the amalgam filling and decay and to explore how the cracks and caries had developed within the tooth. Me being me, many baby seals were slayed. But a few were saved too. Fortunately the distal and the MP cusp were quite healthy and able to be preserved. I felt ...like a true conservationist... The realm of opinions about a tooth like this range from: wait and observe to full coverage crown and this treatment is somewhere toward the latter. I myself oscillate year by year between the furthest reaches of both sides. While my tertiary studies and anecdotal findings play some role... I ponder how significant a factory my mood, basic instincts like hunger and fatigue, personal preferences, or time schedule play in influencing these treatments. Comments always welcome please like and share.

05.01.2022 Queensland docs - hope to see you at the next Study Club! Beers and bites put on by Dentsply Sirona, don't miss out :)

02.01.2022 What a weekend! I never thought that something like this would happen. That we would have such a response from sharing our passion and joy. Yet here we are. Sahil, Ricardo and Murray we are finally doing it!!!! Our first CEREC Live event was a resounding success - feedback is that we may have even had a bit too much in the day for our attendees ... Some of you may have tuned in to our surprise CEREC Live case which was shared as a once off in full with the entire internet. In future while we may show parts of our events online only the attendees will receive access to our full live cases. We believe Live Cases are critical for sharing knowledge and techniques in the profession. As we continue our training and events into the future we will explore this live space and how we can best share this content. This event could not have happened without a few key people and partners. Mitchell Innes your knowledge, passion and friendship are an inspiration to me. I am so grateful to Dentsply Sirona for supporting our vision and making this all a reality - in particular Adrian M, Adam and Romesh (and many others) you are true collaborators and I know we will do many more great things together. Roland Bonser thank you for being true to yourself, making great products from Diashine and for working so generously with me over the years. Dennis Vetter from EVE Rotary (Erns Vetter) you have supported my courses with incredible generosity from the beginning and I will always remember this. Matthew & Jolene Sukkarieh (hope I spelled it right!) and MFG we have been connected for years and it’s exciting to see our relationship deepen further. The Dental Solution-Australia I was amazed at how freely you shared incredible knowledge and advice at this event and love how willing you are to help your dentists. Finally thankyou again everyone who has liked this page, commented and responded to cases or attended courses. The future is bright; and we are excited to share it with you.
