09.01.2022 Why Choose a Registered Planner? www.cadcon.com.au

09.01.2022 Mainland Civil have now excavated to the floor level of the Level 7 basement and are providing detailed excavation for pad footings, lift cores, stairwells and the like. CadCon is providing the setout and As-Constructed surveys for this excavation. The lift core for the 80 Storey Residential Tower that will be constructed is a further 8m below the basement level. CadCon provided a Surface Model and setout for the blasting consultant (Osterman Consulting). The resultant blast was carried out successfully enabling the excavation to take place. CadCon ran remote monitoring observations before and after the blast and were able to confirm with Certainty & Accuracy that no movement had occurred as a result of this blast.

06.01.2022 Setting up a remote monitoring station to monitor movement while they dig a whopping great hole! It's a pretty cool setup that allows for automated monitoring that we can do from our desk in Maroochydore!

05.01.2022 Hello all! This is a digital terrain model we just created for the lift/stair core of a large scale residential building we are working on in conjunction with Mainland Civil. The model displays the extent of the excavation below the finished surface of the site. It will be used to compute the volume of backfill required to return the area to its original finished surface level minus the concrete columns and core itself.

02.01.2022 Not a bad view from the office today!
