Architectural Design - Work with us to develop your design or have us design it for you. We include all 2D plans & elevations as well as internal and external 3D impressions. 3. Project Documentation - We prepare all required documentation required for council approval 4. DA Approval - We submit your application to council and work with them to achieve ...approval 5. Engineering Design - We prepare all engineering plans including footing & framing design, certified by a structural engineer 6. CC Approval - We submit to the certifier for final approval. Once CC Approval is granted, you are ready to build.
