24.01.2022 HNY! hope the start of the new year is treating you well, & you’ve taken some time to reflect on the year ahead Every year I like to make intentions to really set the tone for my year. I do this, without pressure and knowing that at any point in the year I can shift, adjust, change direction if I have too. Towards the end of last year, I was starting to lack a lot of confidence in all areas of my life; my self-belief was diminishing at a rapid pace, my anxiety was peaki...ng and what’s the point was a common narrative going through my mind. I was speaking with Paul - my incredible mentor/Dad 2.0 - and he asked me.. But what is it that you want for your life, Bec? Speak YOUR truth and be extremely clear with what you want. He continued with If you don’t know what you want, how can you ask for it? And if you don’t ask, you’ll never get it. This made me realise just how little I was listening to my heart and being honest with what I wanted - I wasn’t actively participating in my own life. Any wonder I was feeling anxious This conversation was pivotal - It made me think about what exactly it is I want for my life: personally and professionally. After a lot of soul-searching/re-evaluating/hard questions/even harder answers, I know what it is I want. And in truth, I’ve never felt better, or more excited for my life. Being unapologetically truthful with my goals & aspirations for my life and business, has never made me feel more confident. Through my own clarity, I’ve found my confidence and self worth. it is said, Self-confidence is the first requisite to great undertakings. So there it is, this years intention - FIND CONFIDENCE IN YOUR CLARITY. Be clear with what you want. The more you think about something, the more you draw it to you. I am incredibly excited for a BIG year with you all - helping you achieve your goals and find clarity and confidence in your body and minds. Lets get to work! Bec x

18.01.2022 Learning to trust your intuitive movement will help you alleviate doubt not only in your physical training but it will translate into your everyday life too. Training with me can help you gain confidence in your intuitive movement, so that you can go beyond athletic prowess and transform the way you live!

09.01.2022 Simple and effective stretches to ease you into your Monday. Especially if you’re stuck in isolation or there’s a lot going on in your mind - going back to simple, basic movements can be the most effective.



04.01.2022 Be your own motivation. Be your own reason to smile. You will never live up to your potential if you don’t back yourself and have 1000% confidence in you. Seeking validation from outside sources is not sustainable and in the long run won’t make you feel confident or worthy. It starts and ends with you! When I’m lacking a little confidence, here’s what I do: - I ask myself a question: What fear based belief am I buying into, that’s stopping me from feeling worthy? Once I’...ve identified what I’m most afraid of, I then flip the narrative into something positive, that helps remind me of my potential and that I am always worthy of success/love/happiness. - Meditation. It helps ground me, calms my busy brain down - it honestly works WONDERS. Even 5 minutes is enough. - Move! I move my body (Garuda, walk/run). It helps clear old energy and gets you out of your head. - I chat with my partner, family and friends and business coach, who help remind me of my worth and to keep going. I hope this helps. Here’s a list of what you can do to create happiness everyday. Even on the more difficult days:... - Do at least one thing every day that makes you feel good and is fun. - Daily self check ins: journaling/meditating/affirmations/manifesting. - Look after your physical health with exercise and good nutrition.
