18.01.2022 It's a wrap. Thank you to EVERYONE involved with the mini festival-The Spring Collective we put on at Peach Black Galley. To be able to listen to live performance again, and share each concert with a room of loving, supportive (and socially distanced) patrons was just magical. From the luring sounds of Lulu and Victor, a trip through Latin America with with Carlos and Angela, a fusion of flamenco, Indian Jazz and classical with the Byron Mark Quartet to Baroque and Swedish f...olk songs with the Marais project, whilst eating the delicious desserts from @sweetlights.... it was a feast for the senses. And of course the event would not be possible without the endless help of the dynamic duo Saskia and Sean! And thank you City of Sydney - thanks to your support, we've been able to pay all artists. And thank you Matteo, Juan and Olivia for letting us take over the gallery for the whole weekend. Keep supporting the arts people See more

15.01.2022 If it were not for Covid, today was the day that the brilliant @melbournetangoorchestra with @adolfo.trepiana would have been in Sydney performing one of the biggest tango shows Sydney has seen in a long time. With 4 stunning dancers coming in from Argentina and around Australia, it would have been a spectacular weekend of Tango.... Until 2021!

07.01.2022 SPRING COLLECTIVE SATURDAY NIGHT -----> Byron Mark's latest project explores the possibilities when combining a traditional string quartet arrangement, together with piano, cajon and tabla. After many tours and performances with flamenco ensembles around Australia, Byron has developed a strong passion for flamenco rhythms, and is using this knowledge to craft unique compositions that, although are inspired by flamenco palos, are coloured with Latin and Jazz rhythms and harmonies.
