24.01.2022 First foal of the season and it's a gorgeous 87% Arabian bay tobiano filly! SH Royal Dream (Imp USA) x Cadenza Broken Wings - aka Ranga. Ranga has a whole story of her own, having broken her hip at 4 weeks of age, making this baby in itself an amazing miracle!

22.01.2022 Happy snaps wandering the garden this morning. All the mares in the double fences to get this superlong grass down and it’s amazing to see so much colour in the paddocks - RD certainly leaves his mark!

20.01.2022 SOLD - Approximately 7 years old (maybe six years old) unregistered arabian mare of unknown breeding. 15.1hh measured. Not bred by us, arrived here in 2012 as a 2-3 yo. Broken in but did limited work (floated out for a few trail rides), but has not been ridden for 2 years so needs an experienced horse person to bring her into work slowly.. NOT MOUTHED as we do not ride youngsters with bridles, we only ride youngsters in rope halters. Lump and bump free, injury free as far as we know and very sound. Moves very cleanly, no paddling. Very typey and has a lot of snort, but a real doll to work with and very willing to please. Experienced riders only - would suit endurance and will carry weight. $4,000

19.01.2022 Feeling proud of our beautiful boy Aloha Fernando. His first crop of foals have just come of age and wow. 3/3 - successfully out there competing. These three boys were inseparable paddock buddies as they grew here at Cadenza - and now one has finished his first Tom Quilty (Cadenza Supernatural), the second is competing FEI successfully in UAE Dubai (Cadenza Castiel) and the third has just finished his first two 40kms in Queensland (Cadenza El Nadaar).

19.01.2022 Cadenza's first registered Half Arabian! Our lovely mahogany bay tobiano filly Zalika. Who I think is also the highest registered percentage Arabian pinto on the east coast of Australia at 99.656%?

19.01.2022 Expressions of interest sought for a breeding lease on our Purebred stallion Aloha Fernando. Fernando has sired a number of very good riding/endurance horses and will only be leased to the very best of homes. With both Damian and I plagued by ongoing injuries that mean neither of us are able to work with our horses at the moment, I would like to see at least a couple of them put to good use! Fernando is a solid 15.2hh, has an amazing temperament and has been used mainly for... hand serving but we have popped the occasional 'safe' mare in with him to paddock serve. Easily handled by a female, I have never had anything more than a rope halter on him for serving mares or even for riding in a group environment with mares and other geldings. There is plenty of information on our FB page and our website about Fernando and his foals. 14.01.2022 Two yearling colt peas out of the same pod. Cadenza Comanche at front (99.6% Arabian) and Cadenza Casino Royale (74.3% Arabian). Both by SH Royal Dream (Imp USA). Born a few weeks apart. Casino is expected to mature to 16hh like his full brother Cadenza Beau Royale so it shows just how tall Comanche is . We will be offering Comanche for sale in the new year after he’s had some handling and float loading lessons .

Maternal brother to Cadenza Castiel (Exp. Dubai) and Cadenza Arioch both successfully competing in endurance. His mother successfully carried heavyweight in Mt Cole Challenge many years ag...o. Huge, clean, athletic movement that will make for an awesome performance horse as he fills out over the next year or two. Injury and blemish free, absolutely no lumps, bumps or scrapes, extremely well boned legs and excellent feet. Would suit heavyweight endurance, dressage or any ridden disciplines. Eligible for registration with Australian Pinto Society. Quiet to catch, trim and float load (barges past other horses to get in actually!) but has not yet been towed off property. 03.01.2022 Cadenza welcomes our only foal for 2018 - the gorgeous day old 99.65% filly Cadenza Zakiya - full sibling to Cadenza Comanche and Cadenza Zalika - another Mahogany bay Tobiano - love the colour :) We are expecting this little sprout to be around 15.1hh so very excited for her future.

01.01.2022 Introducing Cadenza Beau Royale, bay tobiano yearling colt by SH Royal Dream (Imp USA) out of anglo arabian mare Bawara Annais. Beau will soon be registered with the AHSA as a partbred 74.65% arabian. A striking, tall boy who is expected to mature close to 16hh. The first foal of our imported stallion, he is the entire riding horse package with colour, conformation, movement and temperament! Beau is currently being weaned and will shortly be gelded in preparation for his future career as a super saddle horse.
